Both. We run our own products, such as SamLab and SamBroker, and we also build custom software shaped around how a particular business works. If an existing product fits, we will say so; if your process needs something of its own, we build it.

Yes. We are based in Kota and work with clients across India. Most of the work is done remotely, with calls and clear written updates, and we visit in person when a project genuinely needs it.
Each project is scoped on its own. Pricing depends on what you need built, how complex it is, and the level of ongoing support. We prefer to understand the work first and then quote honestly, rather than quote a number before we understand the problem.
